Since 1999 Pixelheap has been the go to Albany web design firm for companies big and small. Our creative design, our thoughtful approach to your project, and affordable prices have helped us work with some really fantastic clients in the Albany area. Working with Pixelheap Web Design was a breath of fresh air. From the initial conversation and free consultation, through development Pixelheap helped us understand the design choices they were making, as well as making sure we were happy with the direction of the project. Their work (and demeanor) was professional, they responded to emails quickly, and they gave updates throughout the project to keep us in the loop. Their designs were top-notch, so while I consider my business to be classified as a "small business", I felt like I was getting the same treatment as a larger company.
We are not super computer literate, so Pixelheap took the time to explain the project, including possible options in a clear, concise manner we were able to understand. 
Eric and his team were great to work with, and I recommend them to anyone looking to build a website.
