The project went very well despite delays with material delivery and responsiveness from the materials supplier and manufacturer after I request a modification to the original plan. Mark communicated clearly with me from the time he provided the estimate, worked with me around my scheduling constraints and began and ended the work on time. Mark kept us informed all along through the project and consulted with us to make sure the project developed as we envisioned and planned. He was very flexible when I asked for a design change that resulted in having to order a different kit of materials. The work area was always neat and presentable.
I interviewed multiple contractors before selecting Mark and the price for his high quality work was about equivalent to other contractors who just didn't get the design elements of the project and who recommended materials that would not have done much to add value to my home. So for the amount of time spent on the project and the integrity of the work, I think the cost was very good. You do get what you pay for and we got a great result that definitely gives our home a better curb appeal.
I look forward to having Mark back to work on some other stone projects I have in mind.
