Incompetent staff who lacked proper judgement when placing known aggressive male dogs with an 8 month old puppy.

Boarded my 5yo Lab for a week with playtime.

We really don't like them. We have used them for at least three years. [unclear 03:05 to 03:13] It was disgusting. They advertise that you can watch your dog online. But, every time you try to do that, you have to download about six different proprietary programs. It's almost impossible. They make it really impossible. They're very average on pricing.

Did not use them. The place was dirty, the noise....deafening. The smell was awful too. Wound up leaving my cat with the vet.

Our dog fears other dogs because he is a rescue. The people at the Pet Lodge made sure to keep him away from other dogs, but also gave him attention and love.

I'm not happy with this place. I called to check in since it was her first time there. The girl who answered said she wasn't from that location and couldn't tell me how she was doing. (Can't remember the name) would call me back. He didn't nor were my emails answered over the weekend. I was out of cell reception. Finally Monday am, received an email saying she was good. When I picked her up, she was hoarse. It took a week before she got her voice back. I also found that there was bile like throw up on her bed and blanket. I felt horrible that she had this experience. I will find other care for her when I'm out of town.

He loves it. They are very friendly there. My dog loves going. If I say the word day care, he starts hoping around the house. It is good for the dog, it is good for socialization and to let them play. A tired dog is a well behaved dog. I think it is reasonable. I would never take him on a day to day basis. There are cameras set up so you can log on and see your dog and see what they are doing with your dog. There were 45-50 dogs today. They have an area to test your dog to see if he is social or aggressive. I recommend it to people. Some people think the dogs are too rough but they are just playing and that is what dogs do. It is a positive environment for my pet.

They were very responsible as far as checking medical history and making sure that the dog would fit in with the other animals.

Our dog is older and is on daily medication. While happy to come home after being boarded, he willing greets the staff when I have since returned to have him bathed and his nails clipped. I have viewed the boarding kennel area and although the other guests were barking etc., the area smelled and looked clean. I would recommend this pet lodge for boarding your pet. I wish their boarding rate was little less, but that is minor.

IT WAS A CONVENIENT PLACE TO GO TO AND THE PRICE WAS CONVENIENT FOR US. OUR DOG CAME HOME HAPPY. THE PLACE AND PEOPLE WERE CLEAN. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND WE WERE GLAD THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE HIM HOME BY HIMSELF AND ASK OUR NEIGHBORS TO LET HIM OUT.
