It went fine.

for a new door and possible allowances due to malfunctioning of opener and rust. A month later, they never got back to us, even though we called.

We turned to Greene's, high on Angie's list, for quote on a new door and will be using them.

Had a major malfunction with garage door opener on Thursday night. Unit started smoking and wouldn't work anymore.
Overhead Door showed up at noon the next day and had everything back running MUCH better than before in just a 1 hour service call by 1pm the next day on Friday! They didn't try to upsell a full garage door opener replacement, they just had to swap out a few parts on my existing unit. They had the parts in stock in their truck.
Much more concerning was the frayed cables they discovered during the repair that were making the door hang lower on one side and about to snap!! They fixed everything in 1 hour flat! Incredible guys. Definitely punctual, honest, competent, and friendly team. This goes for the guys answering the phones to the guys on the truck roll. Everything is working much better than before the problem - extremely happy. THANKS VERY MUCH!!!

I had a very pleasant experience visiting the showroom in Clifton Park. The sales manager was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There was no hard sell or efforts to push more expensive products. Differences between different doors was explained thoroughly and samples shown. A detailed written estimate was provided and they insisted on coming to the house to measure the door, even though I thought it was a standard size. Once we agreed to proceed, an appointment was scheduled within two weeks and they arrived promptly. The door was installed, all old door parts removed and the site left neat and clean. The door looks nice. The house looks much better from the street and the whole experience was positive.

I will use them again in the future.

Work went exactly as planned. I arranged a 1st thing in the morning appointment. It took about a week to find that slot. They arrived on time, finished in a little over an hour. Left the work place clean and removed the old equipment. For the last three days the door has functioned perfectly.

THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT I DO QUESTION. SOME OF THE PARTS ARE STILL STIFF AND AREN'T RELAXING LIKE THEY SAY THEY WOULD. THEIR PRICES WERE BETTER THAN SOME OTHERS I CALLED. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO A FRIEND.

THEIR PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHERS AND THEY CAME QUICKER THAN ANYONE ELSE. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, VERY GOOD. IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR WORK WAS DONE.

IT WAS GOOD. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE JOBS. IT WAS A QUALITY PRODUCT. THEY INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY, I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY EVEN PROVIDED TRAINING ON THE DOOR FOR HOW TO OPEN IT IN A POWER OUTAGE AND HOW TO PUT IT ON A VACATION SETTING.
