 + 0 moreAfter a bad experience at Staples, I went to Office Max to look at computer. Since I don't speak "computerese" and since i am an elderly person, I had difficulty understanding what was expected of me. The sales person,(Andrew) gave me specifics in basic English so I could undeerstand the procedure He has the patience of a saint. He sold me the extra parts I needed as router, etc. and told me how to hook them up. Since then I have consulted with him many times and he is always kind , patient,and helpful. The whole staff is very helpful and they don't make you feel like an idiot when you don't understand. If you are a senior citizen, computer hunting, Office Max is the place for you.
Description of Work: Sold me a lab top computerand printer.Transfered files from an old computer to the new computer.Gave specific instructions on hookup,
