We changed our house cleaning services from a well known national company to Kate's Northway Cleaning Services. The other "maids" were consistently forgetting to clean areas, use wrong products on counters, or asking to use my products alone, and banging up walls and edges so often that I had to frequently paint them. With Kate and crew, they provide their own cleaning materials, thoroughly vacuum without damage to walls, clean with environmentally friendly materials, and provide courteous service.

Kate responded quickly. She and her crew did a great job ! They booked me right away. Great job and professional.

Excellent people and excellent performance

Kinga's team does a wonderful job for us. The house always looks immaculate when they are done cleaning. Our house is primarily used as a rental property and Kinga has been very flexible in terms of scheduling, which helps us out tremendously. She has also been willing to take laundry with her to clean off-site if there isn't enough time to wash it all between rentals. As someone who lives more than 4 hours away from the rental property, it is a tremendous relief to know that we have such a dependable team helping us out.
