Mabey's needs to do a better job of helping the customer estimate their needs. Its representative told me 10 x 10. I had to rent another 5 x 10 unit and it's going to be a close call. It would be a very good idea to ask how big a kitchen, how many closets, how many shelves, the dimensions and how full for starters. The Latham location doesn't take great care of the ice build up. In more than one row it was easy to slip. The pull chord for one unit is currently frozen to the pavement. Although it advertises it's open until 9 pm when tenants have to leave, it's not always true. It closed over 3 hours early today. I was hoping to unload my car and go back to my mother's to finish up before the storm the next day. No such luck. I rent from this location because it's so close to where I live.

Units are clean, free of threat of water issues, easy-24 hour access.

Was able to pick up the moving truck earlier than orignally planned and they provided a hand cart and moving blankets as part of the service. Truck was very clean and worked great. We will use them again for moving as the price comparison to others was unbeatable for what they provided.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I was at ease with the moving crew. They did not damage anything.
