I always had a great service and support. Even had a good service with the washing machine that was replaced because the original one was not working with one. They fixed it. The service has always been terrific up until recently. I would not use them for kitchen area.

They did an excellent job. I really enjoy their My Lowe’s Card program that can be scanned and has all of your purchases available. The manager there is very attentive and responsive. There was also an associate in the cabinet department that was very knowledgable and personable

The employee was very personable and knowledgeable of the electrical products. The store is very well laid out with an easy design to locate items easily. I opt to purchase my items at Lowe's as they offer lower prices. Plus, they carry a wide selection of items.

OVERALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND SO WAS THE INSTALLATION. THE OVER ALL JOB WAS DONE IN AN EFFICIENT AND TIMELY MANNER. THE INSTALLATION WAS PERFECT AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

THEIR SELECTION WAS OKAY AND THEIR PRICES WERE OKAY. I'M NOT UNSATISFIED WITH THEM, I WOULD GO WITH THEM AGAIN. THERE WAS NOTHING LACKING. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE INSTALLATION WAS FINE, IT WAS QUICK AND THEY WERE CLEAN.
