You can trust Janice. She worked very hard for us. In less than 3 months she sold our home. We lived in a very slow county for real estate and other homes in the same price point were just sitting on the market, some for over a year. She put our house on the market in March 2012, and sold it by June 2012. We were really happy with the selling price as well, I thought we would get less. This is exactly what I had hoped for since I wanted my kids to start school in the fall in our new location.
She held lots of open houses. Always in communication with us. She spent hours transforming our cluttered home into a gorgeous peaceful place..our house looked so good we were actually a little sad to leave. Janice was also our realtor when we bought our current home in Saratoga Springs. One thing that really sets her apart is that she is very intelligent. She knew extensive detail about all the homes we looked at. Its really hard to choose a realtor, as there are so many. I was very happy with the service we received and will use Janice for all my future real estate needs.
