 + -1 moreFabulously! I took the computer to ICOM's office. Nathaniel "received" it and said it would take a couple of days at most. (This was on a Friday, by the way). Monday afternoon, he called and said it was ready. I went in and he sat down with me to explain that there were viruses causing the slowdowns and that they had taken care of those, checked over the rest of the functions and it was ready to go. When I got it home, I turned it on and found that it was still rather slow. Took it back, they found one virus that had crept in and took care of it right then and there. Great service. Nice, nice people to do business with.
Description of Work: My computer was SLLLOOOWWWW beyond belief! Took lots and lots of time to move from coming on in the morning to going from place to place throughout the day. It drove me nuts as I am trying to help my husband's business along after the economic slowdown.
