 + -1 moreIt was really great, I became injured during an accident and could not longer GC the work. Mr. Holohan accepted my proposal to take over and GM the job, after we bought this house and it needed serious work to bring it up to code and standard. I had originally hired him to do just my master suite and bathroom and he was able to help me with getting the work done, when I could not be present and he made everything go much smoother and was able to oversee the other workers to make sure that nothing was damaged or that I was not taken advantage of in my absence. His prices were very reasonable and he was very understanding when the schedule got delayed and the job was a little longer than originally planned. The work came out great and I was able to increase the equity in the house by 3 times as much and we enjoy our beautiful bathroom and balcony very much.
Description of Work: Complete Bathroom Gut and Remodel- Specialty and Custom Kohler DTV II Shower system, Kohler Whirlpool Bathtub, Installed New Marble Tile, Pedistal Sinks, Vanities, and Put a beautiful Balcony off the Master Suite. Upgraded and Custom Design of eat in counter island with Zebra Wood and Cherry Cabinets. Installed and updated to current and better windows for todays current energy needs and efficiency.
