They did nice work at price quoted. Even had to do some extra work to make sure driveway was level with the garage and out to the road. Problem was with communication: the original est. start date was 3rd week of June. We had a LOT of rain, so wasn't surprised or concerned that didn't happen. I contacted them mid-July and was told August. Got an e-mail beginning of September: just had a few things to finish up. They started early October. Once here, they spent time needed to do job well. Was worth wait. But, part of plan was lights on posts at end of driveway. That wasn't coordinated with electrician. Wires are sticking out of ground for hook-up. Asked few times for follow-up. Last e-mailed 11/6: electrician was calling back "in an hour" and he'd call "with a day for next week." No contact since. Wouldn't use again because it ended on a poor note after starting on a similar note. Follow-through, even just to say this guy can't do the lights, would've made all the difference!

We love Greenspire's work and we have been very pleased over time. Jerome has an excellent sense for design, they have been true to their word and they leave things in good shape -- taking the critical look back to see that everything is final. They are, however, extremely slow to be in touch and follow-through. If you want your project done by a certain time, I am sure that they would work with you but otherwise do not count on it.
