 + -1 morePaul is wonderful! His store offers a ''sleep center'' with a number of different Tempurpedic models, and his knowledge of the company and products is quite impressive. When I first entered the store, Paul introduced himself and gave me an overview on the mattresses he carries. He then left me to take a 15 minute nap on each of the beds (6 in all!). Though I was in the store for almost two hours, I never felt rushed or pressured; Paul even kept the store open past close so that I could take my time testing everything out. Being a higher priced product, I knew I didn't want to make a decision on the first visit. My next visit was three days later, & when I walked in, I was impressed that Paul was able to greet me by name! Still having trouble deciding, Paul told me about his return policy. Not only does European Comfort offer a money back guarantee within 30 days, but they will store your old mattress for you just in case you change your mind. If you are looking for quality, shop here.
Description of Work: Not being a mattress expert but knowing I needed a new bed, I sat down with the phone book and chose a few companies offering higher end products. I knew that I wanted a Tempurpedic mattress but was confused about the differences of the models listed on Tempurpedic's Web site. Though most companies I called would do nothing more than confirm that they carried the Tempurpedic line, when I called Paul at European Comfort, he invited me to the store in order to try out the different models he offers.
