Our old dryer died on Wednesday, 12/5/2012. I did some research online and went to Lowe's Thursday evening, 12/8/2012. We found the dryer we wanted and it was in stock. The staff at Lowe's were very helpful and efficient. We were able to arrange for delivery on Friday, 12/7/2012. The delivery crew called at 7:30 AM on Friday to say they would be there between 8 and 9 AM. They arrived at 8:30 AM. The delivery crew was very polite and efficient. The overall experience was excellent.
