We were shopping everywhere for a new sofa and were overwhelmed with all of the choices and high prices at the big furniture stores.  We saw a flyer for Boscov's and went to try out their selections.  The sales associate was very helpful and we chose a double reclining sofa at a great price and made in USA.  After it was delivered, we found that it really wasn't what we wanted and remembered we h ad a 7 day window to return it.  So we went back to the store (we could've just called customer service to schedule a return and refund but wanted to select another).  The manager was SUPER helpful, walked us through all of our options, with excellent knowledge and information about the products.  We chose another and it will be delivered in a week and they will take back the sofa we didn't like with a full credit minus delivery.  We also needed a spare room bed,  or futon  and was having difficulty selecting the proper piece and again, the manager was so helpful in our decision making process with answers to all our questions and offering us a great deal.  We are very impressed with the professionalism and high quality of service the manager and sales associate offered to us at Boscov's!  KUDOS!!!  KUDOS!!
