Title Companies
I dealt with Candice who was GREAT. As i am a commercially savvy person, so i figured i would not hire an attorney for my home purchase and do the required work myself. Bennett Abstract and Candice were recommended to me by my real estate agent. Candice is very professional; she was quick to perform the title search; explained the report and implications to me; followed up with the sellers attorney on a couple open issues (as i was buying from a corporation not an individual); communicated well with my lender (TrustCo) and she took the time to give me support to insure that i had insight into the sale process and was knowledgeable of all the required steps. Her price was in line with other that quoted, but she was responsive and supportive and i would highly recommnend her and Bennett Abstract. Thanks
