Real Estate Service
Transaction did not go well at all. Agent was constantly negative about the entire transaction. Kept giving us excuses why we shouldn't expect a good outcome. Was never encouraging or positive. He was acting as agent for both the seller and buyer. He obviously favored and catered to the buyer. The buyer was a bully and placed countless demands on us while the agent just allowed the behavior to continue. The buyer withheld money from the sale because he felt he was entitled to things in the house that weren't specified in the contract. The entire transaction was a nightmare and we would never ever use Assist 2 Sell again.
