Excellent service. Consultant made the two hour drive to me, went over options and gave a reasonable price. The crew showed at the appointed time and installed the softener, new hoses and pipes, cleared out the old equipment, and left us extra salt. The entire process was smooth and professionally executed and the cost was way less than that of all other bidders. I highly recommend Aquascience.

They were able to schedule me quickly, showed up promptly, and did a good job. It is great to have full water flow back on the reverse osmosis system.

We soon found out the system does not do what they said it did, requires refills 3x yr ($60), not yearly as suggested. Most of all they charged $120.00 to come out and check the system when we called about it seeming to run constantly, but failed to mention the cost.  The staff and owner were EXTREMELY rude  when we called about the charge, explaining it was our fault for not asking. I don't understand how businesses have no concept of customer service !! I'm in sales and have told everyone I know-stay away !!

The installation went fairly well.  The water softener went in quickly and worked great.  The reverse osmosis system did not work the day they put it in, and I had to call them back.  They came back the next day and found that the water line and drain lines had been reversed when running them between the basement (where the system is) and the kitchen (where the RO faucet is).  They quickly discovered the error and corrected it.  The RO system really does help the taste of the water (I can stop buying bottled water) . 

The instillation was done promptly but not well. A leak developed overnight and the company sent a repairman the next day who handled the problem. ( An imperfectly sweated coupling which is now operating through a clamped on hose.) The unit now works much more efficiently than the one it replaced.

THEY DID A FINE JOB. MY HUSBAND DID SOME COMPARISON SHOPPING AND HE CHOSE THEM BASED ON THEIR SERVICES AND THEIR PRICES. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME ON THEM, THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY FOR WELL WATER TREATMENT. THEIR EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT. THEIR RESPONSE TO OUR PROBLEM WAS QUICK. THEY CAME AND TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. I THINK THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. I THINK THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. WE HAD THE SYSTEM PROVIDED BY THEM AND HAVE USED IT FOR THREE YEARS BEFORE WE HAD TO MAKE ONE CALL.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY'RE PRICES WERE REASONABLE. THEY KNEW THE RIGHT ANSWERS TO ALL THE QUESTIONS AND DID THE JOB BEFORE I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
