Ana's House Cleaning

I would not recommend this service to ANYONE. There's alot to write and not enough characters allowed but suffice it to say things were awesome for about 9 months. Then they sent a new cleaning crew that was terrible. Things were not dusted, the floors were not vacuumed, there was even a piece of trash left on my bathroom floor once! They would dump their dirty mop water on my front steps leading into my house so that I had to come home and clean it. After about two months of this, I asked for a different crew. The response was to apologize and tell me how frustrating it is to have an unhappy customer - as if it were my fault. Then, they just stopped showing up when they were supposed to and would only show up right after I texted the owner asking if anyone were showing up. She stopped texting me all together. I have had enough. I feel so disrespected by this company.

When speaking with Ana prior to scheduling, we discussed the price and agreed on a cost and scheduled for 9 am. I provided guidance that no oven or fridge should be cleaned and to please do couch, windows, all surfaces, baseboards, etc. On the day of she texted at 915 she was running late. At 1015 I finally called her to which she just said 'we are behind', well okay, can you please provide an eta for us? When her team arrived she was not with them. My father went outside so as to give them space. When he stopped in a few times they were working hard. The spaces cleaned look great. However, light fixtures weren't touched and the french doors had to be redone as they were foggy. Additionally there were bleached white spotes on about 7 of his kitchen floor stone tiles! Well, what do you know but this was from oven cleaner (we suspect) as they cleaned the oven and the fridge. A waste of time and not as per my guidance. They also finished about a half hour early so time was perhaps skipped in other places. No furniture moved (isnt this what happens in a deep clean???) Then she had the nerve to charge me $50 more. I paid what we settled on, despite my father not being able to fix his floor tiles without having to rip the entire floor up and redo it! She claimed that they had before pictures and they were there before but she failed to send these to me. Also- my father installed his floor, he knows his space. They were not there prior to this clean. Some over hall on business practices need to occur for sure.

For the most part it looks good. A little mishap with the sink sprayer. Went across the kitchen and on the stove. Two burners didn't work until i dried the off

Overall everything seemed to go ok. I planned on having her use Bruce Hardwood Floor Cleaner using just the directions on the package with no water next time. They did a good job of cleaning everything.

After having a horrible experience with Kim's Cleaning Service (do NOT us her), I was delighted to find Ana. I was trying to surprise my son's wife, who has been incredibly supportive as he went back to school for his doctorate. I was arranging this surprise long distance. Ana went above and beyond all expectations. She and her team cleaned every nook and cranny and made the house shine. The entire time they were there, I kept getting texts from my son about how hard they were working. Neither my son nor his wife were bitten by the cleaning or decorating bug, so I knew she had her hands full. They also have four cats and a dog. Apparently, Ana called in reinforcements. My son texted that he now had an "army". His wife was delighted when she came home. She walked in and asked my son why it smelled so nice in the house. Then, she started looking around and marveled at the sight. I will now be using Ana on a regular basis, so the house doesn't get out of control. I highly recommend Ana and her team. I could not be happier!

I hired Ana based on her reviews on this website. She was quick to return my phone call, quick to arrive for an estimate, and her work was top-notch! She came at the agreed-upon time and my house was as clean as it's ever been. Her team did so well I decided to hire her for my office as well. Since then the work has still been great and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I highly recommend Ana!!

Ana and her helper did an excellent job! They cleaned every part of our 5 bedroom house in a few hours for a reasonable price. They moved furniture out of the way to clean behind it, organized toys in our playroom, dusted every corner of every room and generally just left the house sparkling clean. We already have our next cleaning booked and I would highly recommend Ana to anyone.

I have been very happy with Ana's house cleaning service. I found her on Angie's List and have not been disappointed. I was pleased enough that I asked her if she would come on a regular basis. She has a very good attention to detail and you can see that she cleans under things, baseboards, and windows. I have pets and she has still managed to make the house smell good. I highly recommend her and her service. She is also very reasonable regarding cost. I am very glad that I found her!

Ana did an excellent job, far superior to any other cleaning services we’ve experienced. She was very responsive when we first contacted her and came over immediately to look at the house and give us a very fair quote. Her cleaning exceeded our expectations. I particularly appreciated how she preferred certain cleaning products to do the best job possible. I was most impressed by the cleaning of the grout in our fully tiled shower. I just assumed the stains that were there, were permanent as the previous cleaning service was never able to get them out after years. In addition to receiving high-quality service, she was very warm and friendly. We will definitely have Anna back and look forward to a clean and comfortable home.

I called Ana based on reviews here when we suddenly had family coming to visit and the house was a disaster. She immediately figured out her schedule in order to accommodate and was here just a couple of days later. Upon arrival, they were gracious and professional. They paid attention to details and went above and beyond my expectations. They worked quickly and made sure I was pleased with the end result. Ana was a true pleasure and we'll be calling her again without hesitation.

She and Leilani were fantastic. They were incredibly thorough and professional. We have a very sheddy dog and you couldn't find a hair after they were gone. We look forward to using her service again!

Ana and her assistant arrived promptly, were very professsional and needed little direction to effectively clean my house. I consider myself fussy when it comes to how well my house is cleaned and they exceeded my expectations. When they were through cleaning, the whole house was shining! Ana's cleaning is excellent. She has a assistant and they both work very hard. They dust, vacuum, and empty garbage cans. They clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. She is always on time and makes sure the house looks just right before she and her assistant leave. I highly recommend her to anyone. She can do any size house or apartment.

Very well. She took many hours to clean but once she was done my house was spotless bright and sparkling clean. I am very pleased with the way she cleans. My sister who saw her clean my house also hired her and also my sister in law. We are all very happy with her.

It went very well and smooth! The cleaning group is very punctual and they do a really nice job! After they finished their job, it felt like the house was brand-new again! Really satisfied!!!!
