The house needed a lot more work than expected. Also the only mortgage for buying a foreclosed home is a 203 loan. Also the seller's realtor told my realtor that a group of investors bought the house but Mark figured out and confirmed that this was untrue. The house was a bank owned foreclosure. Mark did ALOT of work, he spent hours on the phone with me and he even looked at the house. He gave me his honest opinion even though it meant he would not receive any compensation for all the time he spent on this.

Mark and his team were absolutely fantastic!  They were competent and professional throughout the process.   From the very outset he calculated what could be done and at what cost.  He offered advice on how to structure the deal to effect the lowest possible cost.   He handled all the paperwork after we had our offer accepted.  It was fast and easy, and rather painless!  Most importantly, Mark did exactly what he said he would; he delivered precisely as promised!!  What a refreshing outcome in an industry which has suffered from a less-than-savory reputation.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to friend!
