 + -1 moreThe house needed a lot more work than expected. Also the only mortgage for buying a foreclosed home is a 203 loan. Also the seller's realtor told my realtor that a group of investors bought the house but Mark figured out and confirmed that this was untrue. The house was a bank owned foreclosure. Mark did ALOT of work, he spent hours on the phone with me and he even looked at the house. He gave me his honest opinion even though it meant he would not receive any compensation for all the time he spent on this.

Description of Work: We went through Aamtrust and Mark made the process as easy as he could. We had a very difficult time closing on our house and without the help of Aamtrust the process would of been h***! Thank you Mark and team for all your help!!!

 + -1 moreMark and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were competent and professional throughout the process. From the very outset he calculated what could be done and at what cost. He offered advice on how to structure the deal to effect the lowest possible cost. He handled all the paperwork after we had our offer accepted. It was fast and easy, and rather painless! Most importantly, Mark did exactly what he said he would; he delivered precisely as promised!! What a refreshing outcome in an industry which has suffered from a less-than-savory reputation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to friend!
Description of Work: Aamtrust provided guidance and professional advice regarding the sourcing and financing of residential real estate. They made recommendations specific to our situation. Further, they obtained pre-approval within certain parameters which made our real estate search much easier and more efficient. Upon execution of a real estate contract they handled the entire process from application to closing.
