Description of Work: First he quoted me $2000 just to paint 3 bedrooms. I told him i just wanted the ceilings paintedin the bedrooms and the kitchen and i will provide the paint. So he told me $600 just to paint the ceilings, not the whole rooms and kitchen. They left a big spot unpainted in the kitchen and missed a lot of spots in the bedrooms. Had to repaint it myself. $600 is way too much for 1 hour of the worst pain job ever!!!!!!

 + -1 moreAfter viewing the damage when siding was removed we needed to decide on a treatment plan and how to repair the damaged interior structure. A picture window not slated for replacement had to be removed, 2 X 6's needed to be cut out and replaced, and windows reframed. We renegotiated an anticipated price with the contractor keeping track of additional hours and materials. It turned out to be a much larger job than anyone anticipated but the results were great. The contractor sought out the cause of the water leakage which caused the rotting and corrected that problem. Once windows could be replaced the interior finish work was superior - match pre-existing trim well. Also noteworthy - this is a contractor who is timely and keeps his work site picked up and clean.
Description of Work: Started out to replace some windows - found a large amount of rot and termite infestation under the siding (homeowners viewed this). Texture 1-11 (under the vinyl siding) and plywood had rotted through.
