They gave us a specific list of things that they would do and wouldn't do, but when it came to the actual service dates, there were other things they wouldn't do that wasn't specifically excluded from the list. There were things (small things like a switch from a lamp) missing from the home that she denied. She also removed the rock salt from the garage, which didn't make sense considering the climate of Syracuse, NY. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In the beginning she was working with my neice and she was very happy with her, but toward the end of the project she was very disappointed.
I thought that since they were supposed to be working with individuals who had just lost a loved one, they should have been more tactful.
In the end my neice ended up doing a lot of work.
