worst experience in over three decades of home ownership Mr. O'brien was unresponsive, filed a BBB complaint to which he has not responded as of 09.26.16. His employees were abusive and fearing physical harm to myself / property one employee was removed under threat of having him arrested, another employee brought in to do carpentry repairs was apparently under the influence of narcotics,[ apparently even badgering fellow employees to take him for resupply] yet another employee actually brought an infant and placed the child in the garage where construction activities were under way. I had to stop construction and have the child removed from the construction site. a 4 day job turned in to over 6 weeks of prodding to get job done. unsupervised employees forced our hand. Due to the non-responsive owner, we had to hire another company to repair and finish O'Brien's work. The BBB cannot locate him or elicit a response from the company in reference to the complaint we filed. I have sufficient evidence that I am willing to present to anyone that may be considering hiring this man / company that will validate my statements, please protect yourselves and don't fall for a sob story like we did.
