At first it went o.k. - then kept adding on additional things - labor estimate was $3,000 and I ended up at $4,500 labor for the original and then the additional $1,100 for the garage. He also was to fix my porch steps in which he sent someone and they did not complete as I would not give the last $50 I owed him until the steps were completed so they never came back - the steps are cracking and the stain and finish was never put on (cement steps) I would say 50% he did o.k. and the rest is a nightmare
