 + -1 moreTheir price was the lowest. The pictures looked great and the pictures made it appear as though they did good work. They were totally unreliable and unprofessional. I have talked to other people that put a deposit down and the work has not been done.
Description of Work: They came out and looked around. They drew a diagram of how it would look and showed me pictures. They said they would start the work in a month. They kept telling us that for 8 months. I could have had the hot tub last year but they kept stringing us along.

 + -1 moreGlamour Pools takes care of their customers. The heater was not working properly, and they went to bat for us with the manufacturer to make sure we would not have to pay for a replacement. They open and close our pool each year, and the service is excellent.
Description of Work: Glamour Pools opened our in ground pool this spring. They hooked up the heater, opened the lines, put the chemicals in, set up ladders, cleaned the filters, and checked the pump.

 + -1 moreThe quality of work provided by Glamour pools was good however I was very displeased with their customer service. Glamour didn't return my calls for concerns or questions. I felt that their communication was extremely poor for the cost of their service.
Description of Work: Glamour Pools installed a swimming pool in my yard.
