I have used Mark multiple times for sewer and yard drain work and have always been very pleased with the result. This time, I called in February with the water spilling onto the driveway. He came but said that with the ground frozen, he would probably not be able to clear the plug. He offered to call when he thought it could be removed. He called again in late March to say that this time it would probably work. He worked very hard to remove the plug. If he could not have removed it, I would have needed to dig up the front lawn and replace the conduit.
