 + -1 moreI called and asked if they charge extra for parts and was told over the phone that they don't charge extra for parts they order. The oxygen sensor was roughly $50.00 more than the price I found online for it. The supervisor at the shop said they must be having a sale online, but they adjusted the price. They charged me double the price at NAPA for the map sensor that was installed. I feel like they must not have tested the part the first time I went. I called back and was informed that they DO have an upcharge even though I was told previously they did not. I feel like the up-charge for parts they order is too great. I have a huge problem with this situation, I don't feel like an extra $150.00 on a $100.00-$200.00 part is reasonable.
Description of Work: The first time I went here I had an oxygen sensor replaced because they check engine light was on. The second time I went (1 week later my check engine light was on again) here they did not charge me labor to diagnose the problem since I had to come back so soon, they replaced a map sensor.
