They arrived on time, covered all the landscaping to prevent damage and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Our roof was finished in one day and looks great!!

+ 0 moreThe workers for MMJ are a credit to their profession in every category. They were very punctual, showing upexactly the same time every morning and working well into the early evening. All the workers were friendlyand answered any questions we had while the job was in process. The job foreman and the supervisor weretop notch without question. Any questions or concerns we posed were addressed promptly and professionally.You will not find a better outfit to do your roof.
Description of Work: We hired MMJ to do a complete roof job. This involved tearing off two and, in some areas, three layers of asphalt shingles on topof the original cedar shake under course. The entire roof, including two porches and a mud room, were then re-decked. A roofcricket was constructed in one area to better direct water run off. Architectural shingles and a full ridge vent were then appliedover ice shield and titanium underlay. Two chimneys were flashed. One of the porch roofs had to have a rafter installed andnew structural decking applied due to a decades old leak. This job took four full days.

+ -1 moreOwner came over to give estimate. He was the only estimator who gave alternate ideas for problems from home-owner perspective to allow me to determine what would better serve my needs. He also completed the job in one day with an excellect crew. He added additional gutter spikes instead of suggesting new gutters and also finished framing one small window which I had forgotten to ask about until the day of roof replacement for only $50.00 dollars.
Description of Work: Double tear-off for 1100 ft. ranch house and separate garage. Hung tarps to protect siding and landscaping. Installed 30 year architectural shingles. Removed electrical mast and satalite dishes. Installed vinyl ridge vent to house and 2 box vents to garage. Reflashed and counter flashed chimney. Added gutter spikes where necessary on house and garage. Removed all debris.
