The owner is on the job, very knowledgeable, experienced, been on the job 30+- years, and fair priced. I have use him 6 times over the years. I give them all high ratings and will continue to use him.

Another project done for us by this company, before I realized the above errors, was the installation of a new outside hose faucet. The crew just drilled three (1.5" diameter) holes into the side of our house, trying to find a place that would "go clear through." They perforated our heating duct, and cut another hole 5" in diameter in our heating duct from below, and left an 18" long drill bit stuck under our living room bookcase. They didn't repair any of these trial holes, except on the outside using caulk. They used PEX tubing, even though we requested all copper on the previous job above and wanted all of our water lines to be copper. This was the last straw.
