Anyone who knows me knows me, knows me to be a fair and honest individual, so when leaving this review trust me when I say my snowplow service, Greenview Team Inc. in Clarence NY, is the worst snowplow service I have ever had! When and if they come to plow after a snow event, it is way too early before we leave for work leaving the snow at the end of the driveway to contend with, or way to late after we've arrived home from work. Yesterday 1/19/19, our first real major snow, they never came at all! Thursday night 1/17/19 we received 3 inches of snow overnight, no show again, so on top of the 10 inches Saturday, we had over a foot to navigate through all day as we went in and out of the garage. Now to their credit, they did come in the middle of the night (between 1-2 am)the next morning, but before the street plow came and left 18 inches of heavy snow at the apron of my driveway. And then on top of it, they plowed the snow up against the garage door, so when I opened the door to get the car out, a 20 inch mound of snow met me. So what was I just doing before I wrote this, snow blowing my driveway. I'm sure glad I paid $450 plus tax for this service, or should I say dis-service. Customers beware....DO NOT TRUST Greenview Team Inc..Even after repeated calls to ask nicely for better service, they continue their usual practices. Oh by the way, the owner messaged me after I left this review on another site and requested to talk this over, but has not called in person as he promised. GO FIGURE!

Tremendous! They were honest and reliable. Initially we had some problems but they came out and rectified it. They were really good.

The staff performs good work. They have been doing fine this winter. The cost is a little more then the other companies, but I like the service.

The opening was rescheduled several times by Greenview. I specifically asked if the irrigation heads would check for function and most importantly for aim. I was assured the aim and watering pattern would be checked. This didn't happen. Currently, I water my neighbors back yard. Several observations about Greenview: it seems very poorly run. 1. There is a great deal of schedule juggling. Greenview rescheduled on the day they were to open the system. 2. The company's best service is collection of advance payment for services. I paid to open and close the system one month prior. 3. They have very high staff turnover. You will never see the same people twice and when they arrive they will be angry.

They arrived as promised and the crew worked like a well oiled machine. It took them three full days and their work was gorgeous. Jeff designed the new plan and it really enhanced the whole look of our home. Even the neighbors stopped to compliment us on the new design. We have since used them for spring cleanup and maintenance. Good Folks. I highly recommend them.

Cared a lot in the beginning, but customer service started to backslide when I called. Responsiveness comes and goes. Recent estimate basically stayed the same, but landscaping went up 25% year over year

We always get complements on our lawn. The man that came out did a wonderful job. He is honest and fair in price. He is also quick to respond if I have to call him. My lawn is now plush and green.

Greenview was contacted in the last weeks of September for a Fall cleanup when everything was dry. I was told that they would be there in a few days or a week at the latest. When I first called everything was dry and stayed relatively dry for a number of weeks. Subsequent calls gave me assurances that I was on the schedule and that they would be coming soon. They eventually showed up in early November after the October storm when the ground was completely saturated. The final bill was well over the amount from previous years. If they had showed up when they said they would all of this would have been avoided.

I have used them for other services such as fertilizing and building a retaining wall. The work they do is fine. It is nothing spectacular; I would say they are just average. I have no specific complaints. I just wonder if there are better services available.

Greenview knows just what to do. They did it quickly, competently and at a fair price. We recommend them highly!

I am totally pleased with Greenview Landscape. They are very clean and professional. Everything went perfectly and price was right. Greenview had done a much better job than I had expected.

My overall experience so far has been great. Greenview Landscape has always been timely and leaves my yard looking nice and clean. I recently just hired this company and am pleased that they come every week and I don't even have to call them.

Greenview Landscape spent a lot of time with me to make everything perfect. They were professional, courteous, and didn't leave a big mess. I would recommend them to anyone.

Greenview Landscaping has been mowing our lawn for over 20 years. They do a great job. They come on a regular basis and keeps our lawn looking great.
