He walked us through each detail of the statements and didn't overwhelm us with unnecessary information that many other processors we met with did. Roger got back to me right away with any questions and he followed up with us to ensure everything was going well. He guided me through the process, showed me the forms I needed, where to sign etc. I could never have done this without him. I was so confused about the compliance thing, and he explained it and took care of it for me. I wish there was more that I could do to show my gratitude. I hope he gets a lot of referrals from this review. I will be eternally grateful.He assured me that I can call him anytime with questions or concerns that come up. THANK YOU ROGER!!!
Description of Work: Roger Whitfield of Better Way Credit Card Processing inc. was a great help to me in finding a credit card processor for my online nursing continuing education courses. This is not a hugely profitable endeavor so I was so grateful to find Roger to help me. He helped me, step-by-step to sign up for a very inexpensive processor.
