Excellent service. Friendly staff. They had a difficult time dealing with the old bolts on the 2004 van, but were persistent and eventually won the day! The work was then completed as per their time estimate. They also kept us informed by phone about their progress and challenges, which was very much appreciated. Nice folks. Will use them in the future.

He replaced the battery in the car. It was the best battery company for this car. He gave me the stated price for the battery and installation. He got it done in 1hr. It longer to change this battery because it is located in the back hatch compartment and the battery was bigger than most standard car batteries. I was surprised.

I feel secure in knowing that they will treat me fairly, and won't try to and quot;up-selland quot; me on anything that I don't really need like some other repair shops try to do to women. I credit them for helping me to get every mile possible out of my little Jetta, and in September of this year, when it was finally time to retire it for good, their advice and support helped me to get into a new vehicle that I love! These guys are truly passionate about what they do, and they're darn good mechanics! Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I brought the car in for a winter tire change over and balance. The service personnel were polite, professional and accommodating. However, when driving home, I noticed that the tires seemed out of balance. I called them immediately and they said to bring the can in at my earliest convenience. When I got there they apologized and explained that one person had removed the summer tires and a second had put the winter ones on. Both thought the other person had balanced the winter tires before mounting them. In fact,neither of them had. I told them that I appreciated their honesty and that their owning up to the mistake would go a long way in my deciding to continue using their services. They balanced the tires immediately, gave me a discount for my inconvenience and did not charge for the brake inspection. The tires are now perfectly balanced and I have about 10K left on the brakes.
