"Our service was called to repair Member Spa, a heater was needed to make the repair all parts and labor were covered under the manufactures warrant acept a trip charge which is customer responabilty, we were called back again for a different problem, an air lock accured which we made the repair at no charge to her, she then called back again about the light not working, which has nothing to do with the previous calls, we put a call in to Master Spa to see if they would cover this repair for her and have not received a call back fro Master Spas,we need athorization from the manufacture to make a free call this is somthing we cannot authorize on our own, we are hoping that Master Spas will do a good will gesture and cover the trip charge for Mrs Winter APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE"
