We would like to be clear, we had no problem at all with the INSTALLER. He was the one person who tried to help us. Whe the liner finally arrived, he did a great job..."thanks Ken". Syracuse Pool did allow us a percentage towards the new liner.

They had to move it from a 2 level deck from the first home & they were very careful to bubble wrap & secure it until they could put it on their trailer. The second move was on ground level, but they were just as careful in moving it for me.

Upon pool closing, left 2 squirrel carcasses in my fenced in yard that s obviously meant to contain dogs. No apology when I called to complain - who wants their dog to eat a partially decomposed carcass?

Wonderful! We have been dealing with this company for over 10 years and couldn't be happier with their service! We knew nothing about pools when we bought a house that had one over 10 years ago and they have bent over backwards to help us learn to take care of it and have always saved us money, they have never suggested we purchase anything unnecessary. I have to say that with 10 years of experience in working with this company, we have never been less than satisfied with their service!!!!
