Computer Repair
The diagnostics were free. They didn't tell me anything that I didn't know so they were not knowledgeable. They told me that I had something wrong and here was what I should do. I could do the same thing with online software. I had to contact them. They were professional but they didn't do anything and didn't tell me anything.
