I can't really comment on price because I have no good frame of reference. Also it was covered by insurance. The workmanship appears to have been top rate. Very satisfied! All staff were very pleasant. I received regular updates on the progress of the job. Any delays were explained fully and were minimal.

It went fine. It took a few weeks to get an appointment to get it in. They did a great job fixing it. Everything has been great so far. Everyone was friendly and professional.

They replaced the damaged door nothing out of the ordinary happened .
And I got the car back on date they promised with the car looking like new.

I dropped my car off at the liverpool location on a Thursday to have an assessment done after I had had an accident. Northside collision contacted me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and how much it would cost, since I wouldn't be able to pick up my vehicle until the next Tuesday at the earliest they provided me with a free loaner car. Brian worked on my car and kept in contact with me all along to let me know the progress and plan for repairs. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I came into contact with, having an accident and then being without your vehicle is always very stressful but the team at Northside collision was very considerate and helpful. When I got my car back a day ahead of schedule it looked absolutely beautiful, as if I had never had an accident!

Their professionalism and skill is amazing to me. They ended up removing the panel as it was a pretty big dent. They also had to do some painting. They matched the paint perfectly, and there was no trace of the dent. I was so happy because it literally made me sick to see the damage to my new car, but it was just like new when they were done. Even more, when I went to pick up my car, there was a mug filled with candy in the front seat, with some balloons attached. They really went the extra mile to make a customer happy, I would not hesitate to go back.

They were wonderful. My insurance did not provide for a rental car but they gave me a rental car, it is part of their service and it is for free. They weren't inexpensive. I have other estimates that were lower but my insurance company suggested that I use them. They also keep you well informed about the progress of your car. You can see everyday because they take picture of where they stand with the repair and you can look at it online. They were very accurate when they said it will be done. I was very happy with the whole experience.

We have used northside im camillus twice . original location once before. The folks at both locations are great to work with. The free loaner is appreciated. The work is prompt, exact and reliable.

I stopped in for a quote and spoke to Grant. There was a scrape on the side of my car, and I wanted an estimate on fixing it so it would be like new and one for a decent fix. Grant gave me a verbal quote for the complete fix ($600 because it involved repainting two panels and pulling out a shallow dent), but then offered to apply a polishing compound and use the touch-up paint I had already purchased to see how that went. 15 minutes later, you could barely tell there was a scratch there and he did it at no cost. I will definitely return there for future body work, and I have already recommended their shop to others.

From getting the car in quickly (the next day) to arranging for a rental and dealing directly with Geico, the whole process couldn't have been easier. The car took a few days longer than originally estimated but I'd rather have it done right than done quickly. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday and drove away in a rental and picked up my completed car the next Wednesday. The finish is perfect and if it holds up I'll be very happy.

Northside Collision did a great job. The quality of the repairs was exemplary. It took about a week longer than originally quoted but we were not in a rush. That is the only negative I can think of. Their communication on the delays of repair were not world class. They do great work, but they do it at their pace.

It looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. You couldn't even tell that anything had happened to it. They got the paint matched up perfectly. They were very good and hope that I don't have to use them again!
