MONRO MUFFLER BRAKE & SVC

Had a coupon for buy 3 tires get one free.. After tires were completely on vehicle, received a phone call stating my car was done and was informed when I asked for the break down on pricing (as was higher than what quoted), I was told I had to get roadside hazard for 18.00 per tire. I called another Monro Muffler and was told I did NOT need to get this extra service, as it was an option. I went to pick up my car and told them about my phone call and one of the workers put his hands up and kept telling me to chill out (very unprofessional and demeaning). He insisted I had to pay for the roadside service and I demanded to speak to the regional manager with whom he stated said i had to get this "extra service' with buy 3 get one free tire. He then made a phone call and when he learned I did not have to get this, took my credit card and did not return the card to me when finished, but placed it about a foot and a half away on the counter. When my car was finished, they just left it in front of the building running, no thank you or anything. VERY BAD customer service.
