MIKE DECKER AUTOMOTIVE

So I have used Mike before. I am always happy with his customer service, his honesty and the quality of work. 
He can always get me in when I need to get in, the car is always ready on time.  The price is alway reasonable. No need to cut coupons or wait for a promotion.  This is so much better that going to the dealer and being treated like a number and being overcharged.

The results were excellent. What stands out the most about their service is their reputation and integrity. There was a lot of labor involved. The old one had rusted in the frame.

I questioned the need for an entire overhaul as the car is older and I didn't want to spend more than its worth. Mike said that he would save all the parts so that I could have a look at them. When I inspected them, I noticed the calipers were not seized as was stated over the phone, 1 of the 2 disks was in very good condition contrary to what was stated over the phone, and other parts were not in need of replacement. On top of this, I noticed a stabilizer end which came completely unfastened. I asked if they could fix this, but the shop was closing and they ignored my request. I question the motive of this repair shop to replace high dollar brake items which add no value to the customer. This shop pulled a one two. Incredibly high first estimate, so the talking down price was still outrageous. I would not recommend this shop and will not patronize them again in the future.

They are good, close by, you can drop off my car on my way to work and they called me when it was done. It was a good experience.

Made the appointment. He was able to get us in quickly. Dropped the car off before he opened and picked it up after he closed.

He has old fashion values and he is more about the customer than actually making a profit. I highly recommend him!
