Work was satisfactory, however they were supposed to return on 6/22/2011 to remove limbs and mess that was left.  I called them 6/22 to confirm, was assured they would return on 6/22 at 5:00 pm, they were a no show.  Numerous messages were left for them through Friday, 6/24 with no return call.  Called from a different number on 6/24 evening, they answered and promptly hung up on us.  To leave a customer with the predicament of fending for themselves to remove the debris left was delibarate and unbelievable.  This company has no respect for the customer that depended on them to do as they said.

Overall, the work went well and I was extremely satisfied especially the price, more than competive.

There was a knock on my door on a very hot and humid afternoon and a young gentleman, Jeff Farrell, mentioned that he noticed tree branches were touching my roof and if I would like him and his boss, Anthony Meade, another young gentleman, to trim the branches. I was already familiar with the problem and was considering having the branches trimmed in the future. After Anthony quoted an extremely reasonable and fair price, I gave him and his assistant the ok to proceed. Anthony Meade is a Certified Aborist and his workers are bonded and insured, This is extremely important since if a worker were to fall off the roof while trimming the branches, the homeowner could be sued. I will never allow anyone to work in or on my home unless they are insured. Being bonded is an additional plus. I can't praise these guys enough since they worked so hard under adverse temperature and humidity conditions (I offered them both a Gatorade which they accepted and for which they were grateful). They're also two great guys and were perfect gentlemen. They also did an outstanding job of cleaning up. I also have a deck directly under the trees being trimmed and they left the deck in better condition than what it was before they arrived. They're professional all the way. In addition, Anthony removed the leaves from the gutters which had accumulated over time. Their business card also indicates that Meade Tree Service also performs stump removal and lot cleaning, and provides senior citizen discounts.
