Very satisfied with him. I think the things I like the most about him is that I've found him to be likable, honest, and pragmatic. There were delays in our installation due to circumstances not under his control (supplier delivered wrong unit, and constant rain in June 2015), but when the delays became serious he came out on a holiday to do the installation.
In the variety of times I've called him he's been fairly responsive about callbacks and arranging service calls.
Would certainly hire him again.

It went fantastic! Mr. Kozy was very polite on the phone for the service call (answered immediately and personally rather than going through all the annoying answering service menus from other companies), and was able to come MUCH sooner than all the "bigger" companies. He came right on time and was able to assess the problem within just minutes, and fixed it within just minutes after that. He also made recommendations for future care and service, but in NO way tried to sell me on doing more than I needed today. Thank you!!!
