He diagnosed the problem with a shorted wire, switch, and timer. He had all of the parts except for the timer on the truck, so we arranged for him to come the following day. He called me before coming to my house so I could drive home from work to meet him. Right on time again! I really appreciated that he respected my schedule and didn't make me wait for a generic block of time.
He was very honest and professional and did not charge me an additional visit fee for the second day since it wasn't my fault that he didn't happen to have that part on the truck. He worked quickly and efficiently, was very kind and personable, and completely trustworthy. I would call him back in a heartbeat.... I know I won't have any more issues with my washer though!
Another note: If the cost seems high, it is only because it required several parts, as it was a major issue.
