Was told by a car dealer that I needed new brakes and roters on my 2013 truck ... just had that done 1 year ago ... these guys check everything out for me at NO CHARGE I repeate NO CHARGE ... they found there was nothing wrong with my brakes and nothing needs to be done ... SO FANTASTIC TO HEAR ... being retired and on a fixed income ... coming up with the cash for a total brake job is hard ... the machanics here are paid hourly not a flat rate. I found out that if you are paid a flat rate and you are not working you are not paid ... this is so important, because the flat rate machanics invent stuff that needs to be changed so they will get a paycheck. Just a great place very honest. These guys WILL NOT DO UNNESSESSARY WORK AND IF A PROBLEM IS FOUND THE MACHANIC HAS TO GET APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING DONE

All Car Care installed snow tires on all 4 wheels and checked the alignment.  We take all of our cars (3) to All Car Care - they are fantastic!

you I have gone to All Car Care since someone mentioned them to me about 5 years ago. At that time I needed a timing belt (age related not broken) and at the insistence of my friend, called there to get an estimate, I knew it was going to be expensive because I priced it out at over 500 including parts. Dennis (the owner) called back with an estimate of a little over 300!!!! I asked why so low, he laughed and said that if it needed the timing belt and of course the water pump as well but did not charge for the install on the water pump because he had to take it off to get to the timing belt! I was shocked at his honesty and took my car there the next day and it actually only came out to be 285.25 because he was able to reuse some clamps and the timing belt was easier to get to because of where it was on my engine (I think). SInce then I have been a loyal customer and have never been let down. I have not been happy sometimes because my car needed repairs but I can always trust All Car Care to do a fair and honest job.
The last time I went with my wifes Minivan, it needed the A/C looked at as it stopped working all of a sudden. I assumed it would be  something very expensive so got prepared. I also wanted him to check the window on the passenger side because it would not work when we pressed the button. He called about three hours later saying he fixed the window and it was the regulator and gave me a price (250 for the part)  for replacement but said it might be better and cheaper to go to the dealer as they would have the part and install it in less time due to they do it on a more frequent basis but said they could do it just not quickly. He also said they checked the entire A/C system and only needed a recharge (which I told him if that was all it was to do it without calling with an estimate) The total came to under 96 dollars which was the A/C recharge, he didn't charge for the investigation into the window but the mechanic did fix it temporarily. Very impressed. I would recommend them for all car repairs and they are honest enough to let  you know up front if they can do it or not. They are a very well kept secret.
