"the member issued a post dated check due to not having funds to cover work then stopped payment on check i met with the member 5 days after work was completed about the bad check he then made up a story about a leak i offered to pay for any damage if i caused it but i would first need to pull back the roofing to see if water actually was under the rubber roofing if the roof realy leaked water would be still found he would not let me look also the damaged he did state was apx 10 drop ceiling tiles apx cost apx 10.00 each a book apx 25.00 and a table apx 40.00 not thousands of dollers as the member stated i sued the member and he told so many different storys the judge saw through his lies the member owns classic baths and knows what a complaint does to a business after i spoke to the member and he refused to let me look at the roof or look under rubber he then made a complaint to bbb 2 hours latter stating he wanted me to fix the roof and that i cashed his check again a lie i feel the member is using the bbb and angies list as a tool to build up his claim of a roof leak and get away with not paying for his roof my decision from small claims has not been mailed to me but as soon as i recive it ill post it for all to see thank you for giving me a chance to respond to the members fictional story"
