Oak Hill Appraisals

Description of Work: The town that I reside in did a complete reassessment on all the town's property. My new assessment was almost double my old one so although I grieved it myself, I felt that I needed a professional appraisal to justify and support my assessment. I found a local certified appraiser, Bill Ryan (Oak Hill) and contacted him. Mr. Ryan was friendly, courteous, prompt, and a true professional. He answered any questions that I had, listened to my comments, and delivered the completed appraisal when he said that he would. He also followed up the day after I received the appraisal asking if I had any questions or if he could be of further help. The appraisal wasn't as low as I had hoped but then again I really didn't expect it to be. However, it was reasonable as I would expect from a NYS certified professional.
