I signed a seasonal contract for Jeff to plow my driveway.  He is late, does not do a thorough job and today he's a no show.  I have problems contacting him because his VM mailbox is always full.  He has worked for me for five years and I've given him many chances to improve his service.  Every year, something is broken, dented or dug up.   He does offer to fix things and usually does when he finds the time.  His equipment seems to break down frequently, resulting in long delays or a no show. Jeff is considered a nice young man but he's spread himself too thin and his service has gone rapidly downhill.  Whenever I have complained, Jeff comes back with that fact that he's undercharging me.  Well, you get what you pay for, I guess. I have already made contact with another company for their services going forward.
