 + -1 moreWe agreed to an appointment on a given day for an HVAC repair. Not only did he not show up, but he ignored my messages, wasting a day of my valuable time and leaving me high and dry. I eventually got another local firm to do the repair. V-e-r-y unprofessional. There are more reliable competitors to choose from.
