The job went ok until we had a leak. Keith came back to look at it and said he would return to fix it. That was a few months ago and since then he hasn't returned numerous phone calls.

Very well. Roof leak appears to have stopped. Waiting for winter to see how it holds up with ice and snow.

The porch was built in the 1980s and needed to be completely rebuilt and brought up to code.  Keith responded to an email inquiry over the winter and went by the house when no one was there to see the scope of the job.  He gave us a bid quickly, was responsive to questions, and was flexible about meeting us when we were at the house to go over the details.  His pricing was transparent and he was able to get us a good (winter) price for the lumber.
Since we were not on site during the project, Keith provided us with photos as the worked progressed.  He contacted us when additional rot was discovered on the house after the porch was removed, and he repaired it in an aesthetically pleasing way.  The quality of the work was excellent; the porch is much more solid than it ever was before.  He and his team clearly take pride in their work.  During a final walk-through with us in person, we asked that a spindle be replaced, which was taken care of without any fuss.  The work site was also cleaned up meticulously.
Keith made an additional suggestion to level the walkway along the back of the house by filling with gravel, which was an economic solution to decades of erosion.  We took his suggestion, and the result is a big improvement.
We will definitely use Keith again and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

It went very well. It is a summer home and we met with him, left him the key and he called to say the job was finished, where we can pick up our key and at that time we can also pay him. He was courteous, returned all phone calls, We asked him to look over another job that we needed, we are looking to have him side cottages on the property, he is working on the price, but gave us necessary information to make the best decision. K Waldron Construction gave me three estimates, instead of just one, depending on the materials that you want to use. I've never had that happen before and it was nice.

Back in May 2012 we had a tree fall on our house. One end of our porch was crushed, as was a portion of our metal roof. The entire metal rood had to be replaced as well as the whole end of the porch. We had a horrible time trying to find a contractor. They were either booked because of Hurricane Irene, never called us back, or just never showed up when they said they would. We finally had a contractor come to our house and when he took a look at the damage, he recommended Keith Waldron. He stated that he was "the best roofer I ever saw." He gave us Waldron Construction's telephone number, and Keith came out the very next day. He immediately assessed the situation, took measurements, and promised to contact us within the week with an estimate for the whole job (porch included). True to his word, he came back the next week with 3 estimates, depending on the materials used, the R insulation type, and what we wanted to spend. He patiently went over each estimate with us. We were impressed with his honesty and patience in dealing with us. He told us he was familiar with working with insurance claims and was aware that there could be some delay in the insurance payments coming in, as the payments were spaced by the insurance company. We signed a contract that day and gave him a down payment. HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB! He even came in under budget! Any problem he encountered, he would sit with us at the end of the day and explain it. This is a man who is extremely proud of his work and it shows. We ended up buying new windows for the upstairs, shingling the upstairs exterior, a whole top of the line metal roof and the porch repair. People stop us and ask who did the great job on the roof. You really have to see it to believe it. I highly recommend K. Waldron Construction. We plan to continue to update our home and we will definitely be using Keith again.
