Plumbing
Started mid March 2012 with estimate of 3 - 5 days to complete across 10 calendar days.
Ended the end of May 2012 with problem with body spray not working. It turned out to be wrong diverter part ordered which I discovered after reading installation material.
He came back to confirm and ordered part. He then disappeared for 4 - 5 weeks with no response to phone calls. Finally he called and put the part in which he had for a few weeks. We were about to have another plumber do the work when he called. This was in July. We then discovered a water leak coming from behind the wall. I found several points in the new wall he installed that water could leak from and fixed it myself. Called him again and he came in and was to contact the glass company which installed the glass door because he suspected water was also coming from glass wall area.. That was the last I heard from him. I contacted the glass company myself after no response from ejc mechanical (phone and e-mail). They said he never contacted them with the problem we had and after talking with them fixed the problem myself.
