I've been using Dryer Vent Wizard of New York Metro for the last three years. My dryer works so much better after they've been out! I've learned that calling this company for periodic maintenance is a really good idea and a great value for a very reasonable fee.

This company is awesome! I called for service after another company cleaned my dryer vent. After the other company cleaned the dryer vent and after we replaced our new dryer with a different dryer, we were still having issues. The other company was scheduled to come back to check but I was really concerned that the tools they use would not be able to get our dryer vent fully cleaned. Therefore, I called Dryer Vent Wizard. I called after business hours but the owner returned my call. Although they were already booked the following day, he actually offered to come out to my home and check out the issue (no fee) even though I arranged the first company to come back. He was so extremely helpful and walked me through all the things that should have been done and he did them as well. The fact that Keith did this without even knowing us shows how much he cares about ensuring folks get the right service. For any future dryer vent work, I will certainly call them and I will be informing all of my friends, family and neighbors of this great company!

The crew from Dryer Vent Wizard arrived right on time and even called prior to let us know they were on their way. They explained everything about the vents cleaning process and then got to work. Great! He not only cleaned the dryer vents but also cleaned the dryer which had never been done before. I was horrified when I saw how much dust and lent was on the bottom where the gas heat was! He cleaned both and replaced a hose and a vent that was in bad shape. He was prompt and professional. The cost was more than I expected but he did a lot and was here for over an hour. I feel much safer knowing the fire hazard is fixed.

My dryer vent was clogged and it was located in a very tough place in the attic/roof. I called Keith and he came out the next day. He showed up right on time and explained every step.
