Alex made sure everything was done right from the start to finish. He explained the process of generator installation and saw it through making long trips to my house waiting around hours for the inspections that came at the very end of the window of time. Gary and Alex came to install my Tesla G3 Wall Connector with very reasonable price in February. Last week, I texted Gary and Alex to report an issue with the circuit breaker for the charger. Alex came back the second day to replace the breaker with a brand new one with no charge. Alex also made extra efforts by staying and observing charging for 20 minutes to make sure the charger works fine before he left. Great professionalism and best customer services. Gary and Alex are efficient and knowledgeable electricians. They provided a reasonable estimate for the work we needed done and advised us on the best course of action with the various options available to us. Payment was only expected/required upon completion of the work which was definitely preferable to others who required 50% deposits before the work was even scheduled. In order to streamline the process, they advised us to have all the necessary light fixtures with appropriate light bulbs available prior to starting the work. They advised from the start that if any holes in the drywall were created for new wiring, a handyman/contractor would be needed to patch the holes. It was very easy to schedule and coordinate with them. It was good to know that looking for an electrician through HomeAdvisor/Angi actually worked out better than going through a general contractor.

Much better than expected. I needed new hi hats installed in my kitchen and I was planning on hiring someone to patch up holes after the electrician finished. Gary showed up and made it look easy and as if the lights were always there without having to make any extra holes so I got to save some money on patching. Told all my friends about city dog electric. I would definitely hire again and would most definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Gary has worked on several projects with me. One project, Gary oversaw a $3 million electric contract installing an all new electric system for a 5 story, 250,000 Sq Ft building that encompassed an entire city block in the Bronx. Gary was responsible for rebuilding an 8,000amp system from the Con Ed vault in the street to the light switching the roof. Gary's can do attitude and professionalism made my job easier as the Project Superintendent. I highly recommend Gary for any job you have.
